Gail Lightle is the owner and chef. She is quite the entrepreneur, transplanted from England; she has grown her roots into the Florida sand and is now local Brevardian. Gail has a strong sense of community, as she feels it gives the local vibe a sense of togetherness while adding character and culture to the area.  “Strong local businesses build strong communities,” Gail says as she shares her passion and mission.

When asking Gail what the trend is for catering events or impressing guests, she instantly suggested her grazing table. A grazing table is an elegant platter that is stunning and decorative but not over the top. It has almost a farm to table vibe, loaded with artisan cheeses, cured meats, pate, antipasto, jams, freshly baked bread, fruits and more.
